The job:
Ø To interface directly with corporate customers for providing technical services.
Ø To design telephony solutions based on Cisco IPT systems.
Ø To provide on-site installation and maintenance services for Cisco IPT systems as well as the related sub-systems.
Ø To assist supervisor in resources planning for service provisioning and work monitoring.
Ø To provide technical support to our potential customers such as equipment setup for demonstration, equipment and systems evaluation, etc.
Ø To liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault.
Ø To provide training to front line engineers/contractors.
The requirement:
Ø Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
Ø Possess relevant experience/knowledge in the following areas:
Design and installation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) with over 500 nodes
Plus one or more of the followings:
Design and installation of Cisco Unity Connection
Design and installation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
Design and installation of Cisco Meeting Place
Ø Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ø High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Ø Possess relevant certification such as CCIE and/or CCVP is a definite advantage
