Responsibilities:
- Report to the Assistant HR and Administration Manager.
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration functions, and taking ad hoc assignments etc in our Hong Kong Office.
- To assist in developing HR & Admin policies, organization structure in line with the company objectives.
- Handle ad hoc projects as requested by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in day-to-day HR and administration functions.
- Well conversant in HK Employment Ordinance and staff related regulations.
- Good communication skills and strong proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
- Previous exposure to logistics industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Application and operating HR software
- Independent, well-organize, mature person and capable of working under pressure with substantial overtime work and meet tight deadline
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Living in Yuen Long is highly preferred
