Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and plan new e-marketing initiatives to increase online sales and brand awareness for our company websites
• Be in-charge of all e-marketing related logistics, including web page / multimedia design, programming and launch.
• Monitor measure and analyze the performance of marketing channels, promotions and sales performance for optimization.
• Manage regular web reporting and tracking against key metrics.
• Coordinate with ad hoc marketing projects.
• Keep an eye on online media technology, internet affiliate marketing, lead aggregation, social network marketing.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze the e-marketing budget, return on investment and conversion rate over various online channels, including display advertising, social media, email marketing, and to drive online visitors and boost online sales.
• Understand the marketing trend and customer demographics, and provide inputs to manager with regard to the trend, demographics of target customers

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with over 5 years of online marketing experience, including direct marketing and lead generation program management.
• Good knowledge and be passionate about cosmetic industry and online retailing.
• Fast thinking, strong business acumen, analytical consideration with strategic agility.
• Proactive and determined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail minded, well organized, multi-tasking, hardworking, can work efficiently to meet deadlines and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in excel, power point and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available
