Investment & Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Execute client’s order and follow up margin calls
- Handle account opening procedures, customer enquiries and complaints
- Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients
- Participate in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance Services, Economics or related disciplines
- Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1 & 2
- Minimum 2 years customer services experience
- Knowledge in stock market is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented and proactive
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
