職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support including data entry, courier & mailing arrangements and document control
- Provide support to Executive management
- Manage itinerary of meetings and events, and prepare meeting minutes and reports if necessary
- Handle full procurement process
- Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials
- Organize company-wide events and activities
- Back up the receptionist when needed
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE Form 5 or above
- 5 years or above of relevant working experience
- Experience in procurement and secretarial duties is definitely an advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Command of written and spoken Cantonese, basic written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MS Office
*2-year Contract will be offered to suitable candidate, and is subject to renewal. |
