Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect market feedback information and complete market research and demand;
2. Responsible for customer development and maintenance in the jurisdiction, complete monthly sales tasks, and formulate reasonable sales plans;
3 Accept and assist the company in handling customer complaints, coordinate the relationship between agents in various places, and be responsible for the collection of payments in the region;
4. Understand customer needs, maintain good communication with customers, collect and timely feedback market information;
5. Form sales team, train and motivate sales staff.
Job requirements:
1. Major in marketing or cosmetics, with good image and temperament;
2. At least one year or more of cosmetic related sales management experience, with mature sales work and management experience;
3. Excellent communication and expression skills, with strong market development and business development capabilities;
4. Serious and responsible work, proactive, strong execution, with excellent business negotiation and overall management capabilities;
5. Love sales work, be honest and work hard, have a sense of professional responsibility, obey the company's arrangements, and have a team spirit.
