                          Our client, a company that provides enterprise applications for the hospitality and retail industries in more than 130 countries worldwide, is now looking for IT Specialist to join their Macau team. 
 
  Job Responsibilities 
 
- Responsible for installation and support of the POS (Point-of-Sale) System 
 - Management Product Suite in Macau 
 - Assist in product testing and documentation for new product releases 
 - Provide on-site customer assistance during new site opening 
 - Install and configure the product suite. 
 - Provide pre sales support to the local sales team 
 - Work with the global support system 
 - Support on client issues or requests for enhancements 
 - Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software when required 
 - Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method. 
 - Work with the customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded
  
Job Requirements 
 
- Degree or Diploma in a Technical field 
 - Working knowledge of Networks, PC’s and troubleshooting installation issues. 
 - Well knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint 
 - Must be willing to travel on the job 
 - Spoken and written English and Cantonese 
 - Previous experience with MICROS or alternative POS systems will be an advantage 
 - Previous experience working with an automated support management and tracking tool in a support center environment will be an advantage 
 - Previous experience in supporting Hospitality Software Products will be an advantage
