職位要求: |
- Diploma Holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent. - At least 1~2 years solid experience in Help-desk support and trouble-shooting for End-user. - Solid support experience in School is highly preferred but not a must. - Knowledge on user end operations. - Working Location: Quarry Bay. - Shift duty is required. Operation runs from 8:00 to 22:00 (2-Shift)
Job Duties:
- Communication with clients and back-end support / programmer. - Solving clients' problems through phone. - Client management (i.e. Setting the clients' expectation, keeping their satisfaction). - Incident management (issue logging, issue following-up).
