Responsibility:

• Develop marketing materials of IT 
• Tracking of marketing performance and customer satisfaction 
• Regular analysis on competitor performance 
• Copy writing of all marketing materials 
• Liaising with promoters and organisers for all road shows and exhibitions throughout the year 
• Organising and tracking internal and external customer recrutitment 
• Promotion partner account management 
• Updating and look after Facebook, Website, Blog and other online accounts 
• Generate weekly and monthly performance report for analysis 
• Perform duty assign by the top managment 
• Professional in strategic planning and marketing strategy planning with direct P&L responsibility 
• Analysis and review the effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure the achievement of business performance 
• Organize, support and coordinate in area of event, press conference, and launch of new product 
• Liaise and follow up with media, agency for marketing functions (press release, copywriting, POSM, leaflet, newsletters, website, etc.) 
• Assist top managment in overseeing total company business 
• Maintain a good relationship with both sales, business partners and customers, and provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years in a marketing position, preferably in the areas of IT, retail, educational, photography, wedding or other service industry will be an advantage 
• Previous experience in working for listed company, government department or big corporate is an advantage 
• Experience in running exhibition / on site promotion is an advantage 
• Good analytical skill; 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Committed, flexible, dynamic, creative person; 
• Friendly, patient, cheerful and passionate; 
• Outgoing, be able to think on the spot and outside the box; 
• Have the right to work in Hong Kong; 
• Candidate must be excellent in oral and written English; and able to communicate in Cantonese; 
• Willing to work independently; 
• Good administrative and computer skills preferred including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
• Have event management or PR company background is preferred, but is not must 
• Be presentable and organized 
• Be detail minded and able to follow through 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
