1，有過大型风险投资公司、投资集团、投资顾问公司、投资管理公司、房地产投资公司、担保公司相同職位與相關工作經驗。
2、從事或涉及投融资的政府各部门：发改委系统、招商引资系统、高新技术产业区等相關工作經驗。
3、项目评估、金融投资，組織决策及統籌能力，并能口述以及文字形式表達；
4、银行或其他金融机构从事信贷、投资管理和风险管理，大型投資管理相關工作經驗；
5、熟悉风险投资和產业投资運作的相關工作經驗，及集團產業鏈項目開發；
6、熟悉中國（ 港 澳 臺 大陸）相關的法律 法規、会计师事务所、资产评估事务所及税务师事务所等相關工作經驗。
