| Position Requirement: |
Job Duties:
- Report to the Project Manager
- Control and execute the construction activity of retail stores in Hong Kong, Macau and South China
- Analyze adjustment of project to construction works
- Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies
- Follow up and control of construction activities
- Adapt and control time frames and budgets for project and construction
- Cost control & supervise tender process
- Technical inspection of premises and construction
- Certify legal and administrative documentation
- Technical reporting
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture or Civil Engineering or any relevant technical degree
- 1-2 years construction experience in building construction preferable in fashion retail industry
- Strong technical skills in construction field
- Proactive and strong organization skills
- Flexible and adaptive
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Proficient in fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel is required
