-Strong Sales operation experience in wholesales and retailing businesses; especially in babies/kids garment field is highly preferred.
-Strong leadership and people management skill.
-Team player, proactive, service-oriented, pleasant and passion for fashion
-Passion for sales goal achievement for handling a whole sales team.
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant supervisor.
