Our client is a leading luxury retailer with numerous brands under its management. They are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist / Team Secretary for a 1 year contract assignment. Contract extension will be subject to performance and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Greet incoming clients
• Handle and screen incoming calls
• Manage the book schedules of meeting rooms
• Handle inbound and outbound mail and courier services
• Handle travel and expense reports, data entry and filing
• Preparation of newsletter
• Follow up on legal documents and correspondence
• Provide general other administrative support as required
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in administrative or customer service field
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome
• Passionate in luxury fashion is ideal
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and cheerful attitude
