Job Description
- Assist on daily operation activities including handling customers’ enquiries and complaint
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure timely delivery of services
- Provide regular reports and assist in ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- F.5 with one year’ relevant experience
- Friendly, helpful, courteous and pleasant personality
- Strong communication skills and telephone manner, good problem-solving, able to work independently and willing to work overtime
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and able to meet deadline(s)
- Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Words & Excel, at least 50 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Chinese
