Responsibilities :-
- Climbing Gym daily general
operation
- Appointment scheduling, Course Booking and
Management
- Performing cashiering
- Perform reception duties including handling phone
calls, greeting/serving clients
-
Handle incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, postage arrangements, etc
- Provide
general clerical and administrative support
- Filings and ad hoc duties as
required
Requirements
:-
- F.5 or above with secretarial
training an advantage
- 1-2 years soild reception experience
- Good command
of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good telephone
manner;
- Experience in sales an
advantage
- Positive attitude, Energetic,
strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
- Proficiency in using Window
Live Mail, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word
Processing.
