We are a Canadian based company looking to expand our operations to Hong Kong. Looking for 2 individuals for our Hong Kong office who are independent, responsible and self-motivated.
· Education and Experience: Completion of college/university education, technical training and/or insurance industry experience is an asset.
· Languages: Read, write and speak in English, able to speak Cantonese, able to speak Mandarin
· Work Setting: Private sector
· Business equipment and computer applications: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and general office equipment.
· Technical Terminology: Business, finances and medical.
· Area of Specialization: Insurance industry experience, underwriting experience, report writing and understanding basic business/financial terminology.
· Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
· Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and able to perform repetitive tasks.
· Essential Skills: Oral and written communication (able to carry on conversation on a business/professional manner and transposing information), ability to work with others, excellent organizational skills and computer use.
