• To handle all internal and external phone calls within the hotel operations with prompt and polite manner

• To provide immediate assistance for internal hotel guests

對酒店客戶提供即時協助

Job Requirement

• 1-2 years telephone operating experience in hotel industry preferably;

1-2年經驗有酒店經驗者優先;

• Customer-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

以客為先，良好的溝通和人際關係

• Good command of English and Chinese

良好的中英語文
