Service Engineer or Interns

Service Engineer is responsible for current customer and equipment maintenance. He/ She reports to leader of Technical Central. Tasks general include:

l  Support to the end users/customers, including technical training, technical consulting and trouble shooting.

l  Work close with the sales team to develop the customer's satisfaction and relationship.

l  Contact customer for regular inspection

l  Record tech report and relevant documents

Requirements:

l  Mechanical Engineer/ Technical or relevant back ground.

l  Reliable and willing to learn

l  Good attitude on customer service.

l  Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer.

l  Good proficiency in MS office – such as Excel and PowerPoint.

l  Very good English in reading. May write report in English and communicate with foreigner is preferred.

Excellent interns with a good performance will be offered long term job after intership.
