CUE HOTEL is a new boutique hotel in Hong Kong that aims to give customers a whole new experience through its design, unique amenities, emphasis on customer service as well as attention to the smallest detail. We seek to surprise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of front desk services such as check-in/out
• Be fully familiar with the room facilities and provide concise information about it to the guest during the rooming process 
• Establish good rapport with guests and recognize them by names
• Create and provide unique customer experiences
• Assist guests with enquiries and/or special arrangements
• Have a clear general knowledge of the hotel products and local neighbourhood information
• Greet and acknowledge guests
• Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
• Listen to guests’ requests with warmth, care and empathy and follow up with detailed actions
• Be aware of all responsibilities in the event of an emergency situation
• Ensure attendance to work is on time as scheduled
• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in hospitality management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, conversational Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Immaculate personal appearance
• Service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, passionate, team player, careful, able to handle challenges and able to multi task
• Shift duty including overnight shift is required.
• High level of Emotional Intelligence
• Multi-cultural, educated and worldly
• Articulate, able to remember names and faces and empowered to look after the guest
• Savvy with technology
• Ability to represent the brand and BE the brand
• Prior customer service experience in hotel industry will be advantageous.
