Administration Officer
Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative works, various types of visa applications, exhibitions, travel arrangement.
-Filing and accurate recording for information & handle L/C , D/P & shipping documents
-Communicate with PRC factory & foreign customers and subsidiaires to ensure timely delivery of customer orders, samples, marketing , materials & packaging
Requirements :
-3 years of experiences in manufacturing/trading/retail company
-Handle & carry out ad-hoc management assignment
-Accounting knowledge is preferred
-Immediately available is highly preferred
