職責: 處理及解答客戶查詢或問題, 處理開戶程式 提供客戶服務，包括解答貿易平臺遇見問題，交易問題，處理及跟進客戶投訴 開發公司新客戶，促使客戶進行開戶、注資、交易 維持與現有和潛在客戶的關係 執行日常工作 幫助解決突發事件或任務 無需電話推銷或訪問
要求:
中五或以上學歷, 同時歡迎新畢業生, 新移民 熟悉MS Office, 及中文打字 良好人際關係及溝通技巧 良好中英文溝通及書寫, 普通話必須要良好 自我推動, 主動, 有責任感, 能在壓力下工作, 需要時輪班工作 即時上班優先 經驗少者可考慮客戶關係助理
