Key Duties:
- Sales order processing and follow up
- Handle customer's enquiries/complaint by telephone or email.
- Provide quality service to our customers
- Keep good relationship between customer and sales team.
- Experience in E-business platform or knowledge in photographic equipement would be in advantages, but not in a must

Skills and Experiences:
- Fresh Grad. will be consider for the junior post
- Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word processing
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English is in a must, Native English specking is highly preferred.
Working Location:
- Cheung Sha Wan (Next to Lai chi Kok MTR station)
Working hours:
on roster
- Morning Shift: 8am to 5pm
- Middle Shift: 2pm to 11pm
- Night Shift: 11pm to 8 am
which is 8 hours a day; 6 days a week
