| Position Requirement: |
Job Description:
· Provide IT support to end users on Windows OS environment
· Responsible for data backup, maintaining network connectivity, print service and asset management
· Perform system administration tasks, hardware and software troubleshooting
· Prepare the technical documentation
· Log all incidents into logging system
Requirement:
· Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
· Minimum 3 years solid experience in IT support/onsite technical support
· Solid experience in hardware and software trouble-shoot
· Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Exchange/Outlook, firewalls, VPN, networking, Windows 7 and MS Office
· Programming skills, including VBA, SQL, web programming (plus)
