| Position Requirement: |
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for full set of Import & Export shipping documents including L/C, licensing and form A
- Handle full set of I/E China factory/Hong Kong customs declaration, tradelink and related shipping documents.
- Coordinate with factories, customers and forwarder agents to arrange logistics for import, export/local delivery.
- Issue invoice and packing list, perform general receptionist duties, handle phone calls.
- Prepare sample development and courier services.
| | | Requirements:- F.5 above or other diploma
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Some experience in Tradelink, Hong Kong and China cross border truckling custom clearance.
- Well-organized, numerical sensitive and independent
- 1 year shipping experience in manufactory background is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred.
