Responsibilities:

assist the Relationship Manager (Marketing) in handling customer's service
handle corporate customer's AC opening
maintain good relationship with existing customers
provide telephone enquiries/information/service confirmation to customers
Requirements:

F.7 or above
1-2 year relevant experience in banking industry
with Taiwan background, e.g. studied in Taiwan, is preferred
demonstrate professionalism, competence & discipline at work
fluent in Mandarin is a must. Fluent in Fujian would also be an advantage
fresh university graduate with Accounting background will also be considered
