Position Requirement:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll, training and office administration activities;

  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.;

  • Handle basic HR enquiry from staff;

  • Assist in general administration duties for all outlets and office;

  • Liaise and coordinate with various working parties and internal departments;

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration;

  • HR experience in fast pace industries is preferred, e.g. retail, F&B, property management;

  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation;

  • Strong in PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point;

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;

  • Proactive team player with good communication skills;

  • Self-motivated, well organized and detail minded;

  • Able to handle multi-tasks, reliable and organized;

  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility ;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
