職務 - 透過電子郵件、facebook專頁及公司網站平台，為客戶解答一般查詢、處理賬單及解決客戶在使用服務時遇上的技術問題
工作地點 工作時間 - 5天工作，每星期工作42.5小時
- 輪班工作，包括週末及公眾假期
- 可於夜班工作(1530-0000或1730-0200) 獲優先取錄，並可獲每月額外津貼
入職要求 - 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度
- 主動熱誠、以客戶服務為先
- 速成或倉頡輸入法需每分鐘達30字以上
- 良好中、英文書寫能力
- 具備互聯網及電腦知識
