Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for project execution, logistic arrangements for meetings, trainings and functions.
• To provide secretarial and administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing, familiar with design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) is an advantage
• Preference may be given to candidates who have experience in public relations, liaison or administrative work
• Detail-minded, good team player and able to work independently under pressure.
