| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities
- Assist IT Manager on project management, team management, vendor management, schedule and control development tasks
- Communicate with company partners / other internal departments to collect user requirements and support UAT
- Conduct requirement analysis and system design
- Perform development tasks including coding, UAT, SQA and deployment
- Lead and guide developers to complete assigned jobs and provide day-to-day system support
- Ensure service levels are met.
- Control system architectural designs and source code quality
Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in software development with at least 1 years in project management/system analyst position
- Prior experience in various web-based development languages, MySQL/MS SQL, Object-Oriented programming and design patterns
- Work out effective solutions with quick turnaround time to minimize business impact due to production problems.
- Ensure user enquiries are replied in a timely manner through the team's support.
- Coordinate with users on testing and production support.
- Proficiency in database architecture design / administration is an advantage
- Experience in large web application development project is a plus
- Project experience in document management, content management, record management
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and excellent attention to details
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more IT related experiences will be considered as senior technical officer
