Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to Board Team Members
• Taking accurate minutes of meetings and preparing regularly scheduled reports
• Perform data collection, input, sorting and analysis of report
• Perform data input, coordinate reports and statistics
• General Office Administration
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• F.5 Full Cert or above
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
