Requirement DSE / Form 5 or above With 2-5 years relevant retail sales operations experience preferably in fashion retail industry Enhance operation efficiency as well as to ensure the effective implement of business promotions and marketing programs Oversee the daily shop operation such as sales/expenses control, staff training, inventory management, security and safety Provide training to the store staff, maintain good relationship with VIPs and support shop daily operations Possess good fashion sense and well understanding the fashion trend of the related market Outgoing, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill, good computer skills in Excel & Word Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Immediate available would be an advantage
