Responsibilities:
- Introduce and serve French pastry, chocolates, macarons and coffee to customers
- Maintain smooth daily shop operations by keeping a properly maintained store with optimal inventory level
- Stock inventory check and replenishment
- Handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Passionate in French pastry, coffee and food culture
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
