要職責:
- 為初生嬰兒及產婦提供專業及全面健康護理服務 ；
- 提供產婦舒緩產後情緒不安；
- 提供產婦育嬰常識及母乳餵哺技巧；
- 遵循公司SOP標準作業程序，完成母嬰的雙方照顧及看護;
- 遵循客戶產後時間給予合適的指導和教育，讓客戶更好地了解如何照顧新生兒，確認客戶的學習情況並及時紀錄；
- 提供專業意見及客戶反饋，並能夠持續提升護理服務質量
入職條件：
- 中學畢業或以上;
- 持有陪月員及相關照顧初生嬰兒課程證書或擁有陪月經驗者獲優先考慮
- 性格開朗、有親和力、有耐性、細心、有愛心和責任感；
- 具備良好溝通技巧及觀察力；
- 能操流利國語獲優先考慮
