Duties/Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation in account receivable and debt collection

• Monitor customers’ account and follow up debt collection

• Assist in other general accounting and office duties

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently

• Manage bank accounts including preparing the related banking documentations

• Prepare bank account balance report

• Handle Accounts Receivable transactions and settlement

• Maintain proper bank records

• Assist on weekly cash forecast, general ledger entries, accrual and month end closing

Required Experience

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Accounting

• Minimum 2-3 year relevant working experience

• Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese

• Good communication skills and able to work independently

• Customer services experiences is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines

• Practical working experience in PRC factory preferred

• Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized

• Efficient, with high team spirit and good communication skill

• Immediate available is preferred
