1.档案存档、资料输入、复印、编制报告等,
2.办公室租凭、办公室管理、以及文档送递等, 接听电话等;
3.协助维持团队日常运作支持等各项工作 (良好中英文书写技巧)、筹办活动及跟进事务等;
4.招募及行政工作，跟进申请流程; 处理申请文件;
5.协助处理其他紧急事务
资历 :
1.中六程度或以上; 良好粤语及普通话优先; 一般英语;
2. 懂读写中文; 懂读写英文; 懂Microsoft Office;
3. 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Excel; 懂中英文计算机操作;
4. 懂中文打字; 具有基本计算机操作知识；居于东区及能实时上班优先
薪酬：每月 13,000 - 16,000
