our Role:

viAct is looking for Project coordinator to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The incumbent would drive collaboration through effective leadership to develop, manage, and implement portfolio and project management practices, ensuring they are understood, adopted, and flexible in meeting user needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General project coordination with clients & internal IT teams to manage project progress, deliverables and meet timeline.
• Organize and attend meetings to report project progress and resolve any project-related issues
• Manage project-related paperwork and documentations
• Perform on-site support with vendors for system installation and maintenance
• Perform final quality check, UAT and delivery of the AI system
• Candidate with more experience will be promoted to Project Manager
• Fresh Graduates with good attitude will also be considered

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above of any engineering, management and science field.
• Experience with construction site work or IT project management is a bonus
• Excellent in communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, hard working, flexible, willing to learn & strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available or short notice are preferable
