Job dutiesThe Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. At the moment, we are looking for team players who are effective, supportive and professional to join our family.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, storing and organizing of all stored materials;
- Check hygiene standard for all delivery to hotel F&B items;
- Check and count all goods to be received per approved purchase order or daily market list;
- Ensure that goods are in order, of good quality and according to the established specifications;
- Ensure proper documentation on all goods delivered to the hotel;
- Update Material Control System of all items to maintain minimum inventory levels;
- Maintain functional arrangements of all store items in the store room;
- Assist in the monthly inventory taking.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, with certificate in hotel, catering management or related field would be an advantageous;
- 1 year related experience is preferred;
- Proficient in PC application;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Statutory Holidays.
