工作内容
1. 独立负责市场开拓(猎头)，代表公司对外寻找合作单位（大学、猎头、中介）联系、洽谈、承接业务;
2. 市场信息及客户信息的搜集、分析、筛选和整理，定期更新客户信息；
3. 负责客户拓展及客户关系维护工作，确立目标客户，定期跟踪，建立和维护与目标客户的联络关系；
4. 做好广告，媒体宣传;
5. 完成部门经理或负责人分配的业绩指标及安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 具备良好沟通及协调能力、具备一定的商务分析及预判能力
3. 有一定的工作抗压力，工作责任心强；
