ACCOUNTS CLERK
Job Responsibilities
- Cash flow management and forecast
- Oversees finance management for Singapore, Macau and Shanghai
- Commission calculation for consultants
- Consultant billing report
- Prepare monthly account payable
- Responsible for data entry on account receivables and its monthly maintenance
- Debtor report preparation and collection
- Issue of invoices and credit notes
- Maintain all consultants permanent placements
- Compile monthly statistics, accounting and ad reports
- Accounts filing
- Assist Macau with account payables and receivables
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Human Resource
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Power Point and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese. Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Pro-active, analytical and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of regional consolidation, currency exchange, management reporting and analysis will be an advantage
- Maturity and motivation are key qualities as well as a cooperative nature and the capacity to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and proactive attitude is desirable
- Mature, energetic, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Details minded and highly organized
- Immediate available will be an advantage
