                          |   Responsibilities: Provide secretarial and administrative support;Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, staff relations and performance managementHandle daily shop operation, such as shop maintenance, monitor the performance of the frontline staff, etc.Assist in review, develop and implement various compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, long-term and short-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, tax treatment of compensation programs, financial and proxy disclosure and analysisHandle recruitment projects and select the right talent aligning business growth and needsSupport annual performance review and salary benchmarkingAssist in implementing staff training programs when necessaryAssist in HR policies and procedures reviewPrepare periodic HR related analysis reportsAd-hoc duties as required.
