A renowned fashion group is seeking a high caliber Store Manager to drive retail sales growth in Macau.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise 3-4 retail staff to provide excellent service to customers and to achieve sales target
• Coach retail sales staff to establish close relationship with customers
• Manage daily sales reports
• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers
• Ensure sufficient inventory and carry out stock count periodically to ensure accuracy
• Assist the marketing staff to implement activities at retail level
• Collect customers' feedback and make analysis

Job Requirements

• Macau ID holder 
• University graduates in any discipline with minimum 3 years relevant
  retail experience in luxury goods retail industry
• Diploma holder in any discipline  
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail industry in selling high-end fashion
• Knowledge of coaching junior staff to deliver company service standard
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve company sales target
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, staff and co-workers
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Excellent presentation skill and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese
