Our client, a well-known international retail company, is now looking for a Senior Store Manager to join a winning team in Macau.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a team of store staff
• Maximize the store operating profit through identifying sales and growth opportunities
• Ensure the store operations is under company standard and policy
• Maintaining a high motivations to the team
• Providing excellent customer services to customers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5 years and above experience in retail sales and operation management preferably with dynamic exposure of various product categories e.g. perfume & cosmetics, luxury watches/jewelry, fashion, audio/visual equipment etc.
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performance team to achieve business targets
• Strong commercial sense and excellent organizational skills
• Positive with effective people management and leadership skills are essential
• Must be Macau ID holder
• Fluent English, Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Store Manager
