Our client, a company that is one of Asia’s most exciting entertainment destinations and leisure venues, is now looking for Ticketing Officer to join their Macau team.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification required, in a related field strongly preferred
- Prior travel agency / transportation / Hotel front office /Concierge or Guest Service experience preferred
- PC literate
- Prior cashiering experience preferred
- IATA Certified preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Positive personality, genuine smile
- Focused or guest needs with good guest relations skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work any day of the week and any shift
- Keen to learn
- Well groomed, professional appearance
