岗位职责:
1) 进行日常硬件设备维护工作,软件安装、卸载及问题处理;
Support daily hardware maintenance, software installation, uninstall and troubleshooting.
2) 提供电脑及IT设备的支持服务;
Provide end user PC and IT equipment support services.
3) 协助维护服务器、电话语音系统、网络及安全系统或其它IT设备;
Assist in server maintenance, voice system, network and security system or other IT equipment.
4)跟踪和处理问题和请求,并记录解决方案
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
5)不断更新知识数据库;
Continuously update the knowledge database.
岗位要求:
1)大专及以上学历,计算机、网络、电子信息等相关专业毕业;
College degree or above, major in computer、network,、electronic information etc.
2)有足够的基础IT设施方面知识(网络拓扑、VPN、服务器等)解决问题;
Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Network topologies, VPN, Server etc.) enough to isolate problems.
3)沟通表达能力佳,熟练的英语与粤语口语能力;
Good communication skills,Good command of English and Cantonese .
4)良好的团队合作能力,专业态度和行为,责任心和细节导向。
