Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop integrated customer experience strategies to align with the company objective
- Assist Manager to oversee the customer services team to deliver premium customer services to our customers
- Work closely with the Business Development, IT and Operations teams to establish a system to monitor and analyze customers’ behaviors then workout a total solution plan to enhance customer experience.
- Deliver company core value to the team and act as a key driver to drive employee engagement
- Coach and train the Customer Services Team to uplift their skill set in people management
- Deploy best practices across all customer services aspects to meet or exceed customer satisfaction level
- Evaluate manpower planning and allocation of the team to ensure sufficient supports are provided to our customers
Job Requirements:
- Degree in BBA related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)
- Work experience in sales administration and customer service is an advantage
- Experience in working with overseas factories and direct customers
- Exceptional administrative skills, organized and detail-oriented
- Independent, dynamic and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
