The job:
Ø To interface directly with corporate customers for providing technical services.
Ø To provide on-site installation and maintenance services for one or more of the following areas: LAN / Servers / PABX / Structured Cabling System (SCS) / Data Networking.
Ø To assist supervisor in resources planning for service provisioning and work monitoring.
Ø To provide technical support to our potential customers such as setup equipment for demonstration, equipment and systems evaluation, etc.
Ø To liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault.
Ø To provide training to front line engineers/contractors.
The requirement:
Ø Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
Ø Possess at least one of the relevant experience/knowledge in the following areas:
Windows or Linux based Desktop/Server;
PABX system: Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, NEC, Acatel, Cisco & IPT systems
Security systems: Netscreen/Juniper or CheckPoint firewall
Networking systems: Extreme router and switch, Cisco router and switch, Cisco or Aruba wireless LAN
Structured Cabling systems: Systimax, Belden, Krone, AMP, Siemon
Ø Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure.
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ø High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Ø Possess relevant certification such as CCNP/CCNA, ENS/ENA, MCSE or CWNA is an advantage.
