·         Handling daily order and follow up and administration works includes invoice follow up and logistic coordination
·         Review incoming order forms for completeness and all information is accurate prior to releasing the order through the order management process
·         Maintains order base by reviewing and updating orders for assigned accounts on an on-going basis
·         Reviews daily pending and open order reports and takes appropriate action to ensure orders are processed timely to meet customers requested delivery date
·         Works directly with the US Logistic Coordination / Planning Department to secure ship dates for all products and coordinating and adhering to allocation schedules and deadlines
·         Works with Finance Dept. for order release, credit card orders and other credit issues as necessary
·         Accurate data input in systems, update customer database and all relevant information
·         To resolve the customers' problem and provide follow up support
·         Maintain and oversee system performance, manage and initiate system enhancement & development on CRM systems, CS refinement to improve operational efficiency
·         Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company
·         Prepare & consolidate regular reports to the Management
Qualification
·         University Degree holder in Business or related discipline
·         Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration/ customer service/ logistics with relevant experience
·         Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
