Responsibilities:
²  Set-up and arrange all recruitment activities, performance management and employee relations in alignment with company strategies;
²  Interact with line managers on manpower planning and recruitment requirement especially for senior positions;
²  Develop and implement effective HR & Administration policies to meet business development;
²  Required to handle and follow up on Factory compliances;
²  Provide support on HR matters to factories in China and Thailand;
²  Travel and work in China factory for 2-3 days per week is required; 
²  Responsible for all the administration matters for the Hong Kong Office.
 
Requirements:
²  Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
²  At least 6 years solid experience in HR disciplines;
²  Well-versed in HK & PRC Employment Act and Taxation Law; 
²  Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin is essential.
²  Good concepts of reward system is an advantage;
²  Independent, creative and strong analytical mind;
²  Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
