Responsibilities:
· The appointee will head and be supported by the teaching faculty, program management team and curriculum development team to meet his or her KPIs.
· Manage and develop Kaplan course offerings to ensure the best possible student experience
· Refresh and develop new programmes in order to attract new students and markets
· Update curriculum in keeping with exam changes
· Put in place the necessary evaluation and monitoring procedures to ensure both compliance and quality improvement
· Recruit and retain quality teaching staff with budget control
· Ensure that staff performance is managed appropriately; HR policies and procedures are implemented and that fair workload allocation processes are in place
Requirements:-
· A recognized Master degree or above in Language or Business; TEFL/ TESOL certification is a MUST
· Hands on experience in curriculum development and management plus proven track record in working and engaging constructively with professional trainers
· At least 8 years relevant experience at supervisory level preferably in Language Training, Education sector; or Business Development field a plus
· Native English &/or Mandarin speaker, conversational Cantonese
· A result-driven team player with excellent communication skills; highly proactive, organized and able to multitask under pressure and demanding deadlines
· Flexible and adaptive to changing circumstances; be ready to roll sleeves up on operational issues from time to time
