Our client, the world's leading IT company providing computer, technology and IT consulting services, is seeking a resourceful IT Manager to support in documenting a Disaster Recovery Plan for end customers critical business functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist end customers to establish disaster recovery strategy and organization
- Prepare pre-disaster planning activities list and procedures for disaster notification
- Develop authorization and declaration procedures
- Devise plan and procedures for invoking and executing the end customer’s Disaster Recovery Plan
- Explore backup process for critical applications, systems software, hardware, network and backup schedules
- Identify contact points for all disaster recovery team members, vendors, services vendors, suppliers, and emergency services.
- Prepare guidelines to implement process to return to permanent site or a re-constructed new primary site
- Develop maintenance schedule of the Plan
- Present the Disaster Recovery Plan in training classes including prepare scenario, schedule and conduct exercise, etc
- Perform a single edit on the draft Disaster Recovery Plan whilst additional editing will be mutually agreed between end customer and company
Job Requirements
- Macau ID holder
- Bachelor's Degree or above in IT field and with PMP qualification is an advantage
- Experience in executing and planning of Disaster Recovery
- 10 year or above IT working experience
- Relevant experience within gaming industry will be advantage
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese
